That confidence transfers directly back into commercial salon work, encouraging adaptability, innovation and creativity under pressure. Play removes the fear of getting it wrong. When stylists are stuck in time pressure, client expectations and repetition, experimentation stops. Creativity builds confidence, and confidence builds better hairdressers.
