50% off Coach hire:

Complete this form to request a contribution towards your Coach Hire costs for your college’s travel to one of our exhibitions

We know it can be expensive bringing students to the show, so for our events we can offer colleges subsidised coach hire. We'll pay for up to 50% of the cost of your coach hire (maximum €300) so taking your students to the show has never been more cost-effective.

Here's how to claim your subsidised coach hire:

1. Book your coach hire for the show
2. Fill out the below form attaching your booking confirmation and invoice addressed to The Professional Beauty Group. Please note: this cannot be a printed receipt, it must be an invoice addressed to Trades Exhibitions Ltd.
3. Get reimbursed up to 50% of the cost of your coach hire (maximum of €300 per college)

T&Cs: Invoices should be made out to Trades Exhibitions Ltd for Professional Beauty and Professional Exhibitions Ltd for Professional Beauty & Hairdressers Journal Ireland at Allington House, 25 High Street, Wimbledon Village, London SW19 5DX. Lecturers and students of the college must be registered for their entry tickets to the show before coach hire reimbursement can be claimed. If invoices and booking forms do not comply with the terms and conditions there is likely to be a delay in reimbursement. No reimbursement can be provided without sufficient documentation.
