Phil Jarman

Phil Jarman is relishing his 38th year of his barbering apprenticeship. Last year Phil travelled to 14 country's delivering high end yet simple Barber Education and is delighted to be here in Dublin. Using Matakki scissors he will be showing some amazing old school techniques as well as some valuable advice on how to attract look after and retain clients from today onwards.
