The Beauty, Hair & Spa Awards 2024 and are now open for entries, with the glittering gala ceremony set to take place in the InterContinental Dublin on 10 November.
Launched in 2022, the awards are very different from other awards in Ireland because they are judged by the industry, for the industry. A panel of established experts decides on the winners, making the competition one of the fairest in the sector.
With 14 categories to choose from, among them is Business Director of the Year. If you are the driving force behind your salon business, and a forward-thinking leader and entrepreneur, then this category is for you!
Previous winners in this category include Eden Beauty Group's managing director Susan Fox and CEO and founder of South William Clinic Brendan Molloy.
So, are you wondering how to enter? As part of your submission, we want to know why you should win this award, which can be sent in written form or via a 90-second video filmed on your phone. We want you to tell us about your role as director, what you are most proud of and how you motivate others.
We’d also like to hear about the skills you have that help you excel in your position, your passions within the industry and how are you viewed by your peers. Other information required includes additional activities you are involved in within the industry, a recent photograph of yourself and a description or your professional self in 50 words.
A joint entry in this category may consist of a maximum of three directors, while finalists will be required to attend a virtual interview on Thursday, 26 September 2024.
