Calling all Make-up Artists to enter the 2020 Awards
Professional Beauty and Hairdressers Journal Ireland are launching the Beauty, Hair and Spa awards, taking place on the evening of Sunday 8 November 2020.
Providing two streams of categories from both the beauty and hair side of the industry, the awards will unite therapists with stylists and creative teams with nail technicians.
Make-up Artist of the Year
Who can enter?
Any make-up artist providing full make-up services who has been working in a salon or spa or as a freelance or mobile make-up artist since at lease the end of 2019.
What will you be asked on your entry form?
1. To upload your CV – make sure this is up-to-date and contains all of you relevant experience
2. To upload your certificates – the judges will want to see your achievements
3. Provide three images showcasing the creativity of your make-up work with background information for each image
4. Upload eight photographs to complete a step-by-step of a complete make-up look. The photographs need to be accompanied by a written technical explanation of each step, and the system you have used and why
5. Upload a high resolution shot of yourself in a work environment
