Image Business Of Beauty Awards Honour Best In Irish Hair And Beauty
The Image Business of Beauty Awards 2019 took place on 10 March in the Clayton Hotel, Dublin 4. Dubbed Ireland’s ‘Beauty Oscars’, the annual event recognises the best in hair and make-up from the most skilled beauty technicians, artists, entrepreneurs and salons across 18 categories. And according to Image magazine, the night is also an opportunity for the country’s top beauty professionals to let their hair down and celebrate their successes.
This year’s ceremony was sponsored by INSTAX, Bare by Vogue, Flormar, Boots and Easilocks and was co-hosted by Darren Kennedy, who made his grand entrance on a throne.
Image Business of Beauty Awards winners included Renew Skin Clinic (Best Aesthetic Clinic); Caroline Brennan, Eden Beauty (Best Beauty Therapist); Burgundy Beauty (Best Beauty Salon); Hannah Carroll, Dylan Bradshaw (Best Bloody Brilliant Blow-dry); and Elaine McParland, Up To My Eyes, (Best Eyelash Artist).
Dylan Bradshaw took the gong for Best Hairstylist and Brown Sugar was named Best Hair Salon. Meanwhile, Tropical Popical won for Best Nail Salon and Marissa Carter of Cocoa Brown and Carter Beauty Cosmetics was named Beauty Entrepreneur of the Year.
