Now open for entries, the inaugural PB/HJ Beauty, Hair & Spa Awards have 16 categories in total across hair and beauty, with three of these designed to reward the best teams in the business.

Being an award-winning business gives staff pride in what they do, boosting their motivation and morale, and encouraging them to work as a team for continued success. So why not consider entering your team into one of these categories?

The three team categories are Beauty Salon or Spa Team of the Year, and, on the hair side, Artistic Team of the Year and Hair Salon Team of the Year.

Teams are made up of a minimum of three people, and you can read all the criteria and how to enter here.

Among the information we require is examples of  external PR that relates to your team; descriptions of how everyone has worked together and what has been achieved; accounts of team building initiatives that have promoted integration; and a high-resolution image of the team.

The team is the backbone of any beauty, hair or spa business and this is your opportunity to tell us why your team is the best in the business.
