New appointment at Voya to develop US market

Irish organic skincare brand Voya has announced the appointment of Maggie Wright to the role of Western USA business development manager following the brand’s significant growth in the region. 

Wright will work alongside Cindy Childer, who serves as Voya’s Eastern USA business development manager, and will be responsible for developing the brand in the American, South American and Caribbean markets. 

Wright has extensive experience in the spa industry, having worked in various roles in sales, education and management within the global spa industry, and has previously held positions at Elemis, Decleor and Epicuren. Along with her 13-year career, she has a passion for wellness and nature. 

Voya was founded by Mark and Kira Walton in Strandhill, Co Sligo over 12 years ago. The brand, which specialises in ‘organic luxury from the sea’, uses botanical ingredients and aromatherapy oils combined with certified organic seaweed that is carefully harvested by hand and selected by sight from the Wild Atlantic Coast. Voya can be found in a number of high-profile spas both in Ireland and overseas.
