Professional Beauty & Hair 2023, in partnership with Irish Beauty and headline sponsor Treatwell, returns to the RDS on 28-29 May.
With so much to look forward to over the two days, we are counting down the hours to the ultimate beauty and hair event of the year.
From Irish-owned start-ups, to global names, our exhibitors promise to showcase a range of new product launches and special offers you do not want to miss.
Stages are set
Our live stages will teach you a variety of skills, techniques and knowledge, all of which you can take back to the salon with you. Presented by Hairdressers Journal International and Modern Barber, the Hair & Barbering Stage once again promises to be packed with invaluable advice to help you meet all client requests. Industry names on this platform include Dom Seely, Greg McNeil, Sean Taaffe, Ciara Madden, Aaron Nation and Aidan Fitzgerald.
The Trends & Techniques Stage will give you a unique insight into what is currently trending in the industry so you can be sure you can continue to meet client demand and stay ahead of the competition. Speakers include nail artist Kirsty Meakin, waxing therapist Gillian Redmond, talent specialist Louise Guilfoyle and make-up artist Evelyn Byrne. Dr Ciarán O'Carroll will give a talk on having a sustainability framework for the hair and beauty industry in Ireland.
Meanwhile, from adding services to your treatment menu to oncology aesthetics, the Skin & Advanced Treatments Stage will cover everything you need to know. The impressive line-up of speakers includes Annalouise Kenny, Lisa Moroney, Sinead Mellon and Olivia Murray.
Competition time
Among the other highlights at Professional Beauty & Hair are our Nail Competitions and the newly-launched Make-up Competitions, with the latter being hosted by Irish Beauty.
