Thérapie Clinic continues Irish expansion and introduces subscription service

Updated on 28th Feb 2026

Thérapie Clinic has opened two new clinics in Mulligar, Co Westmeath, and in Castlebar, Co Mayo.

The aesthetics group now has 35 outlets around the country. The Mullingar outlet is Thérapie Clinic’s second location in Co Westmeath, while the Castlebar outlet is its first one in Co Mayo.

“The opening of our new clinic in Mayo marks another step in Thérapie Clinic’s strategic growth journey,” said Phillip McGlade, CEO of Thérapie Clinic.

“The demand for aesthetic treatments in Galway and Sligo had been growing consistently in recent months, which confirmed that there was a clear need for a new location nearby in Castlebar.”

Meanwhile, Thérapie Clinic has launched what it says is Ireland’s first subscription service for anti‑wrinkle injections. The model, priced from €49 per month plus a €99 fee, includes three annual treatments across three facial areas.

“Anti-wrinkle injections have quickly become our most popular treatment,” said McGlade. “Introducing the subscription service felt like the natural next step for us. We’re constantly looking for ways to enhance our offering – particularly in terms of accessibility and affordability for clients.

“We’re very aware of the current climate of economic uncertainty and the rising cost of living, so a key motivation behind this model was to ease the upfront financial burden for clients and provide a more manageable long-term option. Additionally, we hope this service will help discourage people from turning to the unregulated market for treatments, which we’ve unfortunately seen grow significantly.”
