Advanced Nutrition Programme (ANP) recently hosted its Biome Bootcamp for its professional skincare stockist partners in Dublin.
With over 60 attendees, the educational day was dedicated to upskilling skincare professionals by spotlighting the gut-skin connection, as well as the emerging research on the role pre-, pro- and postbiotics can have on skin health and overall wellbeing.
The topics on the day covered three key areas – Gut School with Digestion 101 and insights from Lorraine Perretta, head of nutrition at ANP; Formulation Lab with a behind-the-scenes look at the brand's approach to research and formulation; and Ideas Factory with real-life before and afters from stockists to propel business and elevate skin health results.
The day concluded with a panel by four award-winning brand stockist partners in Ireland – Corinna Tolan, co-owner of Monica Tolan The Skin Experts in Malahide and Balbriggan in Dublin, and London; Charlene McMahon, owner of Touch & Glow in Co Louth and Co Monaghan; Denise Bennett-White, owner of Denise’s Beauty & Skin Clinic in New Ross, Co Wexford; and Maureen Considine form The Skin and Make-up Studio in Ennis, Co Clare.
Participants also enjoyed the new Skin Integrate 28 Biome Powder at Biome Bar Stations, and previews of the festive collections from ANP, Environ and make-up brand et al.
