Beautorium Training Academy expands with Kilkenny hub and funded courses for 2026

Beautorium Training Academy is continuing its expansion in 2026 with the launch of its new Kilkenny training hub, which aims to provide even greater access for industry professionals across the south-east of the country. 

Based in Waterford, Beautorium Training Academy is an approved centre for iTEC and AIT qualifications, and delivers practical, industry-focused education in skincare, aesthetics, teaching, laser, beauty and business development.

It was founded by Quinn Geoghegan, who is an educator for leading awarding bodies, an industry judge, and an advanced skin, laser and aesthetics specialist, with over two decades of experience in the beauty sector.

“We are incredibly excited to bring Beautorium Training Academy to Kilkenny,” she said. “There is a huge demand for high-quality, practical training in beauty, aesthetics and education, and we wanted to make our courses more accessible for learners across the region. Our goal has always been to provide training that genuinely prepares people for the industry, whether they are starting out, upskilling or changing career.”

Alongside the Kilkenny launch, Beautorium Training Academy is also collaborating with Image Skillnet to offer a diploma in education and training, including assessing and mental health awareness, and an iTEC Level 4 advanced skincare coure. Eligible participants can access up to 70% funding towards course fees.

“Funding opportunities like these make a huge difference for professionals who want to progress their careers but may not be in a position to pay full fees upfront,” added Quinn Geoghegan. “We are delighted to be working with Image Skillnet to make these programmes more accessible and to support the future growth of the industry.”
