Ella & Jo has announced a new partnership with the Galway Races, with the Irish skincare brand set to be the Ladies Day title sponsor for the next three years.

This year’s Ladies Day takes place on Thursday, 31 July, and according to Ella & Jo, the partnership will see the brand enhance and support a reimagined Ladies Day experience, championing style, individuality and Irish creativity.

Ella & Jo was founded in 2017 by beauty professionals Niamh Ryan and Charlene Flanagan. Ryan is an advanced skin therapist and wellbeing advisor, while Flanagan is a make-up artist and influencer.

The brand’s first product was its Squeaky Clean Brush Cleanser, and it now has a range of cleansers, moisturisers and other eco-conscious skincare solutions that feature natural and active ingredients. It is stocked in a number of salons in Ireland, and also has a professional make-up programme.

Earlier this year, it announced its move into the spa sector, offering facial treatments at the Chill Spa in the Ice House in Ballina, Co Mayo.

“Ladies Day at the Galway Races is such an iconic celebration of Irish style and creativity,” said Ryan and Flanagan. “We’re so excited to bring our skincare magic and brand energy to the day, sharing in the unforgettable atmosphere, the fashion, and the incredible community spirit that makes this event truly one of a kind.”

CEO of Galway Racecourse Michael Moloney added: “We’re thrilled to welcome Ella & Jo as our new Ladies Day sponsor. Ladies Day continues to grow in style, scale and excitement every year, and we’re excited to see how a dynamic, homegrown brand like Ella & Jo will elevate the day even further.”
