Irish actress Alison Oliver joined forces with Irish make-up brand Sculpted by Aimee for her appearance at the recent Met Gala.
Oliver is known for her roles in Conversations with Friends and Saltburn, and is set to star with Jude Law in upcoming film The Order.
According to the Sculpted by Aimee team, Oliver’s red carpet look enhanced her natural beauty, as it focused on fresh, illuminated skin with flushed cheeks, a natural lip and bronze eyeshadow.
“We went for a sultry brown smoky eye and softly lined, brown-toned lip in line with the hues of Alison’s outfit,” explained make-up artist Shayna Gold, who has worked with other big names, including Daisy Edgar Jones, Jennifer Lawrence, Emma Chamberlain and Emily Ratajkowski. “We added a touch of lip gloss to this monochromatic beauty to tie together her fresh luminous skin as the finishing touch.”
Gold prepped Oliver’s skin with Sculpted by Aimee HydraGlo and CloudCream for long-lasting hydration and a plump, dewy base, adding Beauty Base Original to prime her skin for make-up, followed by Satin Silk foundation.
For Oliver’s eyes, Gold used the brand’s Prime Eyes cream shadow stick in Chocolate Bronze and MyMascara in Ultra Black. She also used Love Story Bare Basics, an all-in-one palette for contouring and highlighting, and Line & Shine on her lips.
