Irish Hairdressers Federation announces its Art Team 2025

The Irish Hairdressers Federation (IHF) has revealed its Art Team 2025.

Earlier this year, the industry body announced the launched the initiative, which is designed to provide a platform for talented hairdressers to showcase their creativity, collaborate with like-minded professionals and develop new skills.

Led by artistic director Stephen Kelly, it also aims to offer opportunities to those who may not have had the chance to participate in high-profile creative projects before.

The new members are Kon Kelly (@konkelly_) from The Studio Hair Suite in Carlow, Aoife O’Toole (@aoife.otoole.35) from Vanilla Hair Design, Tullow, Co Carlow, Suzanne Dowling (@suziiedowling) from Elite Hair Extensions in Finglas North in Dublin, Sean Losty-Mooney (@sean_thealchemist) from Alchemy in Stoneybatter in Dublin and Pauline Whelan (@queenbee_pauline) from Queen in Stillorgan in Dublin

“We also want to extend a heartfelt congratulations to everyone who took part in this year’s competition,” the IHF said in a social media post. “The standard was beyond inspiring. Our judging panel, each with decades of industry experience, described the live rounds at the Accademia as one of the most challenging judging days of their entire careers – a true testament to the incredible talent presented by every single competitor.”
