Salon business expert Liz McKeon is hosting her Business Owners Retreat 2024 in Kilkenny on 21-23 October.

The three-day programme, which is being run in partnership with learning and development expert, and global educator, facilitator and coach Sinead O’Sullivan, will take place in the Pembroke Kilkenny.

According to McKeon, the Business Owners Retreat is an opportunity for industry professionals to recharge their batteries, while resetting both personal goals and business priorities. It includes 10 classroom sessions, alongside morning wake-up yoga sessions, group activities and networking with like-minded business owners.

“I have been hosting retreats globally since 2016, and I am now super excited to bring this event to Ireland,” she said. “It is three days away from normal life to 100% focus purely on yourself and your business. We attend to every other detail, so you get to leave feeling excited about your new easy-to-implement business plans, and with a renewed sense of enjoyment in your life.

“The retreat is for any business owner in the hair/beauty/barbering/spa/aesthetic/nail sector, and for any sized business. Your goals are personal to you and the programme is designed to facilitate each person’s individual needs, with long-term results.”

When she was when education leader for Wella, O’Sullivan previously collaborated with McKeon to deliver her business courses.

“I’m now thrilled to be partnering with her to bring the Business Owners Retreat to life,” she said. “We are looking forward to supporting business owners to take their businesses to the next level of success. The retreat is the perfect way to escape from your daily pressures, to focus on identifying exactly what it is your business needs are and to create the right business plan to achieve them.”
