Liz McKeon to host three-day business course in March

Liz McKeon will host her Elevate your Leadership and Management Skills for Success course on 25, 26 and 27 March at her HQ in Swords in Dublin.

The three-day programme is designed to support salon owners and managers looking to upskill within their current management role, or for people thinking of stepping into management.

“I continue to deliver this programme, because from all the thousands of salons and spas that I have worked with, people management tends to be one of the biggest daily obstacles industry managers are facing in today’s challenging climate,” said McKeon.

“Content is practical and easy to implement. All sales and business development concepts are proven to deliver, are tried and tested with outstanding results. And, despite the difficult topic, we always have great fun!”

The first day of the programme will look at leadership and communication, while the second day will feature sales training and the third day will involve coaching for success.
