Phorest announces expansion of its medi-aesthetic functionality

Updated on 04th Mar 2026

Phorest has announced the expansion of its medi-aesthetic functionality, as it introduces new tools designed to support consultation-led care, professional standards and consistent clinic operations.

According to Phorest, it has seen growing adoption among medi-aesthetic clinics in Ireland, as long-standing customers have expanded into advanced skin treatments, laser and injectables.

Rather than repositioning overnight, the salon software company said it has evolved alongside these customers, working closely with early medi-aesthetic clinics to understand how their needs were changing in practice.

That collaboration has now resulted in a broad set of new medi-aesthetic features, including structured aesthetic documentation, supervisor sign-off with stored digital signatures, digital consent workflows, enhanced mark-up tools, face mapping and consultation planning tools, and memberships and add-on services

Phorest said that Ireland has played a key role in shaping this latest development, as it works with a wide range of medi-aesthetic providers, such as Thérapie Clinic, Sisu Clinic, the Institute of Dermatologists and South William Clinic.

“We didn’t decide to enter medi-aesthetics, our customers brought us there,” said Luke Doolin, country manager UKI at Phorest. “These updates reflect years of listening and building alongside clinics as their services evolved, while staying true to the people-first
approach Phorest was built on.”
