Phorest recently partnered with Irish Trees to plant trees at Dunsany Nature Reserve in Co Meath as part of its ongoing sustainability commitment.
Led by Phorest founder Ronan Perceval and UK & Ireland country manager Luke Doolin, the team also toured the Dunsany grounds, with the activities followed by a picnic and scavenger hunt.
The event was part of the salon software company's Phorest Forest initiative, which sees it plant a tree for every salon that joins the Phorest family. Through partnerships with forestry organisations such as Irish Trees, the initiative is restoring native Irish woodland, with the efforts aiming to support biodiversity, provide habitats for native species and contribute to mitigating climate change.
“Every tree we plant is a symbol of growth, not just for our company but for the planet,” said Perceval. “By partnering with salons worldwide, we are building a forest, one tree at a time, to nurture our environment and create greener spaces for future generations.”
