Phorest reveals winners of its Client Experience Awards 2026

Phorest has hand-delivered some of its Client Experience Awards 2026 to recipients around Ireland and the UK.

Team members from the salon software company visited a number of salons and clinics that have been successful this year.

Part of a global Phorest initiative, the annual awards recognise the businesses that consistently deliver a great experience for their clients.

There are no entries, judging panels or votes, as the winners are determined by verified client reviews collected through Phorest’s system. Businesses required to maintain an average rating of at least four out of five stars across the calendar year.

Phorest CEO and founder Ronan Perceval also joined in, taking to the streets of Dublin to surprise four Phorest customers. These included Eoin Wright at Foundation, Tamar Chambers at Robert Chambers, Aidan O’Connell at Fade Laser and Kimika at Maru Hair Tokyo.

“What I love about the Client Experience Awards is that they come directly from client feedback,” said Luke Doolin, UK & Ireland country manager at Phorest.

“There’s no application to complete or judging panel to impress. It’s simply recognition that these businesses are giving their clients a consistently great experience. Hand-delivering some of the awards has become a really important part of it for us too. We spend so much time talking to our customers, but there’s nothing quite like actually getting into their salons and clinics, meeting the teams and being able to congratulate them in person.”
