Accademia to host Fantastic Hairdresser business courses

Accademia has announced four new business courses developed by business coach, educator and author Alan Austin-Smith, who has over 35 years of experience in the salon industry.

Starting out as a hairdresser, Austin-Smith went on to set up The Fantastic Hairdresser support and education company, and is also the author of The Fantastic Hairdresser book.

The four business courses will cover a range of topics, including self-motivation, business management and effective communication. They are designed for both individual learners and business teams.

Taking place in The Kingsley Hotel in Cork on 25 September, The Fantastic Hairdresser will focus on confidence levels, consultation skills, communication and client retention. The Fantastic Boss, which is scheduled for 26 September in The Kingsley Hotel, is designed to help salon owners to establish a core strategy for success in today’s new world.

Team Day – How to Wow and Manager Day – Communicate to Motivate will take place in the Clayton Hotel in Belfast on 9 and 10 October. These workshops will show delegates how to provide a unique client experience and maintain a motivated team.
