Alternative Hair Show to take place in London in October

The Alternative Hair Show, sponsored by Alfaparf Milano Professional is taking place on Sunday, 15 October in London ExCel.

Running for 41 years, the event is in aid of Fighting Leukaemia, the Alternative Hair Charitable Foundation.

The Alternative Hair Show is global showcase of the best in the business, where hairdressers express their artistry, skill and creativity. It recognises the legends of hairstyling and promotes up-and-coming new talent.

Global creative director and global vice-president of the Alternative Hair Show Rudy Mostarda will be there on the night. An internationally renowned hairstylist, Mostarda founded Extrema Hair in 1999, with the brand now having more than 90 affiliated salons. He has taken part in Milan Fashion Week as a creative director for several iconic brands.

The night will also see Alfaparf Milano Professional announcing the winner of the Next Color GenHAIRation Competition and the Best Colourist of the Year.
