Antony Whitaker business course to take place in Dublin

Accademia has announced that it is hosting the Grow Money business course by industry expert, hairdresser, educator and public speaker Antony Whitaker.

Taking place in its Dublin centre on 25 April, the aim of the course is for participants to understand and know the systems, processes and culture needed to run a profitable salon.

It will highlight key aspects for increased profitability, along with the fundamentals of finance. Areas covered include better understanding of numbers, and how to establish benchmarks for your business.

The course will also look at practical and realistic strategies to find the balance between increasing income and reducing outgoings; strategies for managing employee costs; working out pricing for profit; setting up and using a cashflow budget; and productivity systems.
