Entries are now open for the Beauty, Hair & Spa Awards 2023, with the gala ceremony taking place in the InterContinental Dublin on 12 November.

Launched last year, the awards celebrate the very best across the beauty, hair and spa industry in Ireland. They are judged independently by a panel of experts, who are chosen for their knowledge and skills.

With 14 categories to choose from, two of these are aimed at rewarding the best teams in the business.

Being an award-winning business gives staff pride in what they do, boosts their motivation and morale, and encourages them to work as a team for continued success. So why not consider entering your team into one of these categories?

The two team categories are Beauty Salon or Spa Team of the Year and Hair Salon Team of the Year. Teams are made up of a minimum of three people, and among the information we require is examples of external PR that relates to your team; descriptions of how everyone has worked together and what has been achieved; accounts of team-building initiatives that have promoted integration; and a high-resolution image of the team.

The team is the backbone of any beauty, hair or spa business, so there's no time like the present to bring your staff on an inspirational journey; entering will bring everyone together as they reaffirm their individual roles, which, when combined, make an award-winning team that stands out from the competition!
