Does your salon business have a winning digital strategy?

The inaugural PB/HJ Awards are taking place on the evening of Sunday, 6 November as part of the annual PB/HJ show weekend.

With 16 categories in total – eight for beauty and eight for hair, split to recognise business and creative skills – the one category that incorporates both beauty and hair is Digital Salon of the Year, sponsored by Treatwell.

Having thousands of followers on social media is one thing, but if you've turned your online presence into a thriving salon business, then this the category for you.

To enter, you will need to tell us why you deserve to win in a 90-second video.

We want to hear how you have used your digital strategy to grow your business, how your digital strategy reflects your brand, and how you keep your social media fresh.

You will need to upload your client numbers, turnover and figures, and statistics of repeat bookings (these are treated in the strictest confidence). We will also want to see your social media business in numbers, so please provide follower count, average monthly reach, average monthly impressions, average number of clients per week and new client request figures.

In addition, you will need to upload an image of your salon, and explain your business philosophy, and how it stands out from the competition.

With the digital landscape continuously evolving, the Digital Salon of the Year category is a hugely exciting one, giving you the chance to showcase your skills and your salon's online success.
