Irish Tatler Wellness & Spa Awards 2022 winners announced

The winners of the Irish Tatler Wellness & Spa Awards 2022 were announced recently at a ceremony at Dublin’s Marker Hotel.

The awards, which were first held in 2009, are designed to highlight excellence and innovation in Ireland’s wellness and spa industries.

“The Irish Tatler Wellness & Spa Awards offer those working in the spa and wellness industries the opportunity to raise their profile and to recognise exceptional team members,” said Irish Tatler editor Jessie Collins.

Winners included Eden One in Dublin 4 (Best Day Spa); Monart Destination Spa in Wexford (Service Excellence Award); Ground Wellbeing (Best Self-Care Brand); and Rachel O’Malley of Hayfield Manor in Cork (Best Therapist).

The Spa at Adare Manor in Limerick won the Best Hotel Spa Munster Award, while 111Skin at The Spa at Adare Manor won the Best Spa Innovation Award.

The Spa of the Year Award and Destination Spa of the Year Award went to Aqua Sana at Center Parcs Longford.

“We are absolutely honoured and thrilled to have won not just one, but two awards,” said Aqua Sana spa manager Caroline Newton. “This is testament to my fantastic team at Aqua Sana, and the wider support of our international team and the Irish public.”

Other winners included Skinmade by Akina (Best In Targeted Skincare); The Spa & Salon at The Shelbourne in Dublin (Best Urban Retreat); and Gemma Noone at Glo Spa & Wellness at Glenlo Abbey & Estate in Galway (Rising Star Award).
