ESPA announces new director of spa for UK & Ireland

Samantha Ashton has been announced as ESPA’s new director of spa for the UK & Ireland.

Prior to this, she was ESPA’s head of education and development, and has worked for the brand for the last five years. She initially joined the company as a retail area manager for the north of the UK and was promoted to the position of head of education and development in 2021.

Ashton has over 25 years’ experience in the beauty industry, having worked for a range of brands, including Decléo, Estée Lauder and Jo Malone.

In her new role, Ashton will, alongside the ESPA team of spa operations managers, work closely with spa partners across the UK and Ireland to deliver bespoke spa experiences.

“I’m very passionate about the spa industry and its future,” she said. “I’m looking forward to meeting all of our accounts and therapists to develop and enhance ESPA guests’ customer journeys throughout the UK and Ireland.”
