IHF Star Team 2024 now open for applications

The Irish Hairdressers Federation (IHF) has announced that applications are now open for its Star Team, with the competition celebrating the next generation in hairdressing superstars.
According to the IHF, it is looking for passionate and highly-motivated individuals who will make an impact on the future of the industry in Ireland.
Candidates need to fill in an online application form where they are being asked to describe their future ambitions. Those who make it through to the next round will then be asked to participate in a virtual interview.
Applicants who then make a lasting impression on the judges will be invited to the semi-finals to showcase a colour and cut model for the panel.
The contest is open to all trainee stylists currently undergoing training, who will still be undergoing training by November 2023. Entry is free and applications close on Wednesday, 31 May.
