Irish nurse features in new Great Lengths Voices campaign

Great Lengths UK and Ireland has teamed up with four inspirational women for its latest Voices campaign.
Among the four is Irish nurse Grainne Gallanagh, who is from Co Donegal, and was styled by Great Lengths Irish educator Maria Vaughn from Urban Angels in Limerick.
Following on from the brand’s global project of the same name, Voices is a celebration of the unique achievements of a diverse and remarkable group of women. The campaign was created to provide a platform for their accomplishments, and to empower other women to have the confidence to make their voices heard and reveal their true selves.
As part of the Voices project, each muse was paired with Great Lengths Masters to create a look designed to bring out her individuality, showcase her spirit and give her a renewed confidence beyond measure. The women were encouraged to share their stories, including the challenges they have faced and the courage they have gained, in the hope of empowering and inspiring others.
Gallanagh’s ‘Voice’ is for ‘changing perceptions’. Working as a nurse, she said she wanted to change people’s perceptions of strong, successful women and “the idea that only one thing defines us”.
The other women in the campaign are Stephanie Jayne Hill, cancer research scientist and PHD research candidate, styled by Vicky Demetriou, Larry King, London and James Henderson, M Hair, Nottingham; Leila Thomas, CEO and founder, Urban Synergy, styled by Imran Chowdhray; and Siobhan Hannah Murphy, interior designer and stylist, styled by Kirby Blyth, Hair by Kirby Blythe, Scunthorpe and Jennifer Swain, Swain Hairdressing, Whitehaven.
