Liz McKeon holding business kickstart event in March

Liz McKeon is holding a one-day online event on 3 March, which is designed to help salon owners kickstart their businesses before reopening after lockdown.

The How to Kickstart Your Business & Your Team course will see the salon business expert teach participants how to reopen their business with a competitive edge; have a highly motivated team; and prepare clearly defined business plans to ensure that 2021 is their best year ever.

Following a challenging 12 months, McKeon said she will take salon owners back to basics with their team, discovering how they can best communicate business goals to excite staff, helping them move on from recent upheavals. She plans to help owners to revisit their customer service journey, focusing on areas such as product knowledge and internal sales processes.

Taking place on Zoom, the course will also address the benefits of positive thinking, and assist owners to clarify their business goals.
