Liz McKeon launches free business planning broadcasts
Liz McKeon has announced that she will host two free business planning broadcasts on 26 January at 10am and 2pm.
The Your Best Year Ever webinars will guide participants through simple techniques to help plan for the year ahead. Participants registering for the events will receive a copy of McKeon’s business planning model template, which they can download in advance.
McKeon is inviting all salon and spa owners to join her by taking some time to review, plan, act and remedy the issues that have been holding their businesses back from success. She will explain the key elements in defining their strategy for success in 2021.
“Using my business plan template, we are going to reignite your business goals for 2021,” she said. “Despite lockdowns, the economy and the global situation, you can identify and achieve your dreams. This year presents unprecedented opportunities for those willing to grasp it.”
McKeon is also currently taking part in Professional Beauty and Hairdressers Journal Ireland’s new Upskills series. The weekly programme of free education aims to help beauty, hair and spa professionals in Ireland use the Covid-19 lockdown to upskill and stay connected, so the industry can reopen stronger than ever.
Beginning on Thursday, 14 January with Business Success: What Can We Learn from 2020?, McKeon will also share further expert advice on 21 and 28 January at 12.30pm.
