L’Oréal Professionnel Paris honors Colour Specialist graduates

L’Oréal Professionnel Paris recently hosted 300 attendees from Ireland and the UK in London to celebrate those who achieved Colour Specialist status during 2022.
With a 26-year history, L’Oréal Professionnel Paris Colour Specialist sees hairdressers learning about the science of hair, natural colour pigmentation, consultation, services for white hair, colour corrections, scalp bleaching, balayage and more, over 15 days.
“L'Oréal Professionnel Paris is a pioneer in educating advanced colouring skill sets,” said Donna Paterson, education director, L’Oréal Professionnel Paris.
“Helping colour specialists achieve such a high standard of excellence is an honour and helps elevate the industry. All the graduates worked hard to meet such a high standard and they should be proud of their achievement. On behalf of L’Oréal Professionnel Paris, congratulations to the Colour Specialist class of 2022.”
“Now I have more self-confidence, from product mixing and applications to talking with clients,” said Callum O’Donovan, The Edge Hair Design,k Cork, who was among the graduates.
“When clients ask me questions, I feel 100% confident with my answers because I know exactly what I am doing and why I am doing it. And that is thanks to the Colour Specialist course.”
The new graduates join over 2,300 alumni and get access to additional benefits through the Colour Specialist Connective Programme, which is only available to qualified Colour Specialists in the Republic of Ireland and the UK.
For 2023, the Colour Specialist course has been given a new look and feel, from an enhanced syllabus, to extensive practical sessions.
