Olaplex enters lash market with new serum

Olaplex has announced its entry into the lash market with its new Lashbond Building Serum.

Featuring the brand’s peptide complex technology, bond building technology and hydrating hyaluronic acid, the new product promises to support and sustain the look of longer, thicker, stronger and healthier lashes.

“As a leader in prestige haircare, we’ve introduced new Olaplex innovation with a breakthrough formula for lashes that delivers noticeable results in as little as two weeks,” said JuE Wong, chief executive officer of Olaplex. “The exclusive bond building technology that made us famous supports the skin barrier at the lash line.”

Recommended for clients to use twice daily, Lashbond Building Serum targets five top lash concerns, including length, volume and density, loss and shedding, dry and brittle lashes, and lack of natural lift and curl.

“We performed independent third-party clinical trials and consumer studies to ensure high levels of performance and safety for this product, including ophthalmologist testing,” added Lavinia Popescu, Olaplex chief scientist.
