Phorest announces launch of its Autumn Collection

Phorest has announced the launch of its Autumn Collection, which the salon software company said is a new way to communicate a number of product features together, as requested by salon customers in response to immediate business needs.

The Autumn Collection is a mix of existing product updates and new product features. According to Phorest, it has spent months listening and collaborating with customers, and has responded with some innovations and a new way of launching them.

From autumn 2022 onwards, Phorest plans to launch a product collection twice a year. These collections will be designed to assist salon owners navigate the ever-changing and challenging business landscape of business, helping them sell more retail products, making their day-to-day operations smoother and giving them a new level of insight into business performance metrics.

“We are excited to launch new product features in this way, to make it as impactful and immediate as possible for our salon customers,” said Phorest chief product officer Paddy Monaghan.

“We’re constantly getting feedback and listening to our customers around the world to understand what they really need from us. You have asked, and we have listened. We will continue to speak with our salon community for the next set of product innovations to support and grow your businesses.” 

The next Phorest collection will launch in January 2023 at The Salon Owners Summit, Phorest’s flagship event in Dublin.
