Phorest renames Coronavirus Best Practice page to Back in Business

Phorest has renamed its Coronavirus Best Practice page to Back in Business, With Phorest, which is a resource page and download portal designed to help salons as they prepare to get back to business.

In March the salon software company created the original resource to provide key information and planning techniques to salon owners and industry professionals as the coronavirus pandemic led to an unprecedented lockdown.

The online resource included staff management, client management and business management, and a downloadable communication pack was also made available.

Now Phorest said it wants salons to help salons get ready for “a safe, strong and successful salon reopening, one step at a time”.

“Watch, read and learn from other salon owners and business professionals, keep up to date with Government guidelines and access information on grants available to you. Let’s get back in business, together,” it added.

New content on the portal includes a podcast episode with PR and marketing professional Zane Hagy on resilience, crisis communication and paving your own way; a blog on spreading joy and generating cashflow with online gift vouchers; a set of salon reopening email templates; and information on two Irish grants you can apply for.
