Spa Life Ireland 2023 to take place in Cork in September
Spa Life Ireland 2023 is set to take place on 10-12 September at the five-star Fota Island Resort in Cork.
The two-day business event is designed to motivate and inspire the country's leading wellness operators, and the brands that support them, through an immersive wellness experience, with an emphasis on education and self-development.
Offering networking opportunities through a series of pre-selected, face-to-face meetings with companies of their choice, other highlights include motivational breakout sessions.
Keynote speaker at the event is Cork native Noella Gabriel, who is co-founder and global president of Elemis. With her 'From Treatment Room to Boardroom' address, Gabriel will deliver an account of her journey from a professional therapist to global president of a major brand.
Other speakers include Adrianne Carter, aka The Face Whisperer. As a body language expert, Carter will give a talk on how body language can help you create a better customer experience.
Looking at successful strategies to secure funding for your spa, European Spa Magazine deputy editor Mark Smith will speak to a panel of senior spa managers to explore some of the challenges they have faced in building the case for investment in their facilities, sharing examples of recent successful strategies that have resulted in financial support.
Meanwhile, founder and CEO of of music-for-wellbeing company Myndstream Freddie Moross will explain how spas can unlock the power of music as a tool to positively impact revenue, and Erin Lee will discuss how to optimise occupancy and increase revenue. Lee is vice-president of product development and design for Halotherapy Solutions, and executive director of the World Halotherapy Association.
