The Spa at The Kingsley to use customised protective screens facial treatments

The Kingsley in Cork is planning to use custom-designed protective screens for clients getting facials in its spa when it reopens.
The hotel will resume business on 29 June, while the spa is set to reopen on 6 July.
The new clear perspex screens are the brainchild of maintenance manager Mauro Dias, and they aim to give an extra layer of protection between client and therapist, while allowing the treatment to proceed as normal.
“Our incredibly talented maintenance manager has customised protective screens for our facial treatments at The Spa,” said the hotel in a Facebook post.
“The priority at The Spa is to bring an unparalleled safe experience of healing and rejuvenation to all our guests. It guarantees a hygienic and sanitary setting to ensure your mind is at ease throughout your treatment, whilst maintaining a relaxing and rejuvenating ambience.”
The team at The Spa has also reviewed each step of the treatment processes to ensure it meets clients’ needs in a focused and safe manner that is in accordance with Government guidelines, and details of spa etiquette will be sent to guests with their booking confirmations.
