Wella RED Business Network Live marks 25-year anniversary
Wella RED Business Network Live took place in the Belfry Hotel & Resort in the UK recently, with the event marking its 25th anniversary.
More than 200 guests, including salon owners and managers, attended over the two days, with industry influencer and podcaster Dom Lehane acting as host.
The line-up of guest speakers included entrepreneur Priya Lakhani OBE; communications coach Richard Newman; author and entrepreneur Sam Conniff Allende; customer service expert Linda Moir; and adventurer Oli France.
Salon owners and business gurus Collette Osbourne, Salv Mule, Anya Dellicompagni, Carole Taylor and Liz McKeon led a panel discussion, covering topics ranging from price increases to team resilience and retention of deposits, while Olympic rower Sir Steve Redgrave gave a presentation that touched on topics such as perseverance and team work.
“A year ago, I stood here and promised you a business networking club to help grow your business, and we made RED happen,” said Wella’s senior director sales and education UK & Ireland Tatiana Suvorova, who gave the welcome address. “This year celebrates 25 years of Business Network Live and I believe this is the best hairdressing event in the calendar.”
