Who’s the driving force behind your hair business?

Professional Beauty and Hairdressers Journal Ireland are launching the Beauty, Hair and Spa awards, taking place on the evening of Sunday November 2020.

Providing two streams of categories showcasing the beauty and hair industries, the awards will unite therapists with stylists and creative teams with nail technicians.

Business Director of the Year

Who can enter?

An individual Business Director of a hair salon or brand or for a joint entry, up to three directors can enter from the same hair salon or brand.

What will you be asked on your entry form?

1. Your details as well as your social media handles
2. 300 words and a 90 second on why you should win this award – show the judges what you are made of!

You as a Director

1. As a director of your company what is your role?
2. As a director, what are you most proud of?
3. Details of your achievements – show off what you already have!
4. Tell the judges how you motivate others
5. Show off your entrepreneurial skills – what skills do you have that allow you to excel in your role?
6. What are your passions within the hairdressing industry and how do others in the industry view you?
7. List any additional activities you are involved in within the industry
8. Describe your professional self in 50 words
9. And upload a recent photograph of yourself!

What’s next?

Finalists in this category will be required to attend an interview at a venue in Dublin. These will be held on Monday 28th September 2020.
