Tips on following up on your leads from Professional Beauty & Hair 2026

Updated on 30th Apr 2026

With Professional Beauty & Hair 2026 taking place in Dublin on 19-20 April, we recently hosted a post-show webinar to help exhibitors follow up on leads and contacts they made over the two days at the RDS.

‘The fortune is in the follow-up – how to turn your show leads into bookings and sales’ was led by House of Bosses founder, and business growth and bookings strategist Aisling Powell, who runs her own business helping brands, salon owners, clinic owners, PMU artists and training academies build their name, become the go-to in their field, increase their sales and bookings, and stop leaving money on the table after every show, every event and every conversation they have.

She explained how the contacts you made at the show are the beginning of a list that can change your business if you know how to activate it.

In the 40-minute session, she outlined the reasons why most show leads go cold and why it has nothing to do with the quality of your stand; the three follow-up mistakes that are costing hair and beauty businesses thousands in lost revenue after every show; how to sort your leads so you know exactly who to contact first and what to say; and the five-touch email sequence that takes someone from cold contact to confirmed booking with every template written word for word, ready to personalise and send.

Anyone who missed the webinar can watch it here.
