Wella Professionals launches House of Wella x TrendVision Award 2026

Updated on 19th May 2026

Wella Professionals has unveiled House of Wella x TrendVision Award 2026 – a fusion of its immersive brand experience and hair competition.

For the first time ever, House of Wella and TrendVision Award will come together as one event, taking place across 14 and 15 September at London’s Town Hall by Bottaccio.

Building on the success of the 2025 edition, House of Wella returns bigger, bolder and more immersive than ever, spanning two full days of inspiration, innovation and education.

Designed as a hub for the professional community, features include panel discussions and talks, professional styling booths, and an educational masterclass schedule.

As a multi-brand experience, each one will bring its own energy and interactive moments, with Sebastian Professional showcasing consultations and quick styling fixes; OPI highlighting its latest product innovations and nail artistry; Nioxin creating an immersive experience that will take the brand concept to a new level; and Briogeo celebrating clean, conscious haircare.

Meanwhile, TrendVision Award 2026 will have a fresh new format as it takes place on the evening of 14 September, and will feature six hair shows from leading Wella artists. The line-up includes Sassoon Academy; a collaboration from Richard Ward, Calum Tierney and Nikki Clifford from NJUK; and HOB Salons and TONI&GUY

Last year’s TrendVision Award winners will also return to the stage as a dedicated show team, mentored by James Earnshaw.

Entries are now open for TrendVision Award 2026 until 26 June, and the categories are:

Transformation Visionary Award – a full transformation that encompasses everything about monochromatic colour with emphasis on colour transformation, with a pallet and technique that is supported by cutting and styling.

Editorial Visionary Award – editorial styling supported by colour. This category will showcase the element of the trend where texture plays a part in monochrome colour.

Digital Transformation Award – showcase the highest standard in not only craft, but also the ability to tell the story through a digital transformation reel.

XPOSURE Future Talent Award – the student category, allowing fresh new talent to emerge. Entrants should showcase creativity and push boundaries.

All successful photographic entries will go straight through to the UK & Ireland Final, and all categories will compete live at the event.
