Flair Hair & Beauty Supplies has announced that it has joined Salon Services, which is part of the Sally Europe family.
In a social media post, Flair thanked its customers for supporting the business over the past 50 years.
“We are delighted to announce that on 1 July, Flair will become part of the Sally Europe family. Our last trading day as Flair will be Friday 27 June, and our stores will reopen as Sally Beauty on Tuesday 1 July.
“We would like to express our sincere thanks to everyone who made Flair a huge success over the years; our wonderful customers, our dedicated and talented staff, our suppliers, friends, and family. We could not have done it without you all.”
With six stores nationwide and owned by John Donnellan, Flair was founded by his father Patrick Donnellan, who opened his first cash-and-carry outlet for hair professionals in Dublin in 1974.
The company went on to establish itself as one of the country’s market leaders in the sale and marketing of hair, beauty, nails and spa products to Ireland’s hair and beauty professionals.
