Northern Ireland spa resort Galgorm is continuing to expand its wellness offering with its recently opened Forest Spa Garden.
The Forest Spa Garden represents a €1.1million investment, and is located across the River Maine from the existing Thermal Spa Village, within the resort’s woodland area. The space includes four relax cabanas, three private hot tubs, a sauna and forest walkways.
It is open to all day spa and overnight guests, and is part of the resort’s wider investment programme that will see subsequent phases unveiled annually through to 2029. Six junior suites have also been refurbished and now include private hot tubs on balcony terraces overlooking the River Maine. In addition, a further 45 superior rooms have been upgraded.
Managing director of Galgorm Collection Colin Johnston said the investment was focused on extending the spa experience across both accommodation and outdoor spaces, allowing guests to engage with wellness facilities throughout their stay.
“Our ongoing investment is driven by a desire to continually evolve what a luxury spa resort experience can be,” he explained. “From expanding our spa offering with the new Forest Spa Garden to enhancing our accommodation and facilities, we are shaping Galgorm for the future.
“These developments are not only about elevating guest wellbeing but also about contributing meaningfully to the local economy and ensuring Northern Ireland stands confidently among the world’s leading luxury destinations. We are committed to creating meaningful, memorable experiences that guests from across the globe return to again and again.”
