Claudia McGloin is a Registered Nurse with over 26+ years experience and holds dual registration in both the UK and Ireland.

Claudia is Ireland's leading expert on Platelet Rich Plasma and is an international speaker. She has written several articles as well as a chapter on PRP and is the co creator of Rejuvula Intimate Rejuvenation. She is passionate about educating and runs Medical Aesthetics Courses training academy offering online and in-clinic training.

Claudia is an Editorial Board Member and featured author for both the Journal of Aesthetic Nursing and Aesthetic Medicine. She also has a monthly column called The Princess and the PRP.

Learning from her mother, Monica, who opened Ireland’s first beauty clinic in 1982, Corinna has become one of the most trusted names in skincare. Known for achieving crystal-clear complexions and a lit-from-within glow, she continues to inspire with her passion and expertise, carrying on her mother's legacy.

Danny Large

Danny Large has enjoyed a successful career within the Aesthetic Industry for over 15 years. He started under the tutelage of industry experts Martyn Roe and Ron Myers at the Consulting Room, Danny then set up DSL Consulting in 2014. 

Since starting DSL, Danny has been involved in the development of the BACN Conference and re-launch of Aesthetic Medicine Live, as well as this, he has helped create Wigmore Presents, Business of Hair, Success in Aesthetic Business and most recently RAMCE (Regenerative Aesthetic Medicine Conference and Exhibition).

Danny has continued to offer business and training support to companies such as Wigmore Medical, Inmode, Dermafocus, Church Pharmacy and Dermalux. Danny is well known and highly respected in the industry and has hosted stages at conferences as well as speaking at many.  He has also been honoured to be a judge for the Aesthetic Medicine Awards and The Aesthetic Awards.

With 35 years in Business this year with branches in Wexford & Waterford & satellite Academy locations nationwide they are at the forefront of the Hair & Beauty Industry in Ireland. She is a qualified tutor with qualifications in Hair, Beauty, Business, Life coaching and Career guidance & is currently part of the Management team delivering the National Hairdressing Apprenticeship in Dundalk.

Fiona is Vice President & Treasurer of The Hairdressing Council of Ireland and aims to be the voice for hairdressers in the Southeast. She has won many awards during her career including Most Stylish Beauty Supplier & Director of the year at the inaugural Women of Vision Awards. She is also currently one of ten Businesswomen selected nationally as a Mentee by the Irish Management Institute & 30% Club.

Her passion for education is to see the student start from the beginning correctly and gain confidence in the nail system they have completed, to offer to nail professionals who are already in the industry and are looking to upskill or update or further their knowledge.

In 2021, Liz was awarded an All Star Lifetime Award for Empowering Female Entrepreneurs.

In 2023 Liz was thrilled to launch her brand-new education programme, ‘The Successful Salon Formula’.

Michelle Ryan has embarked on as the Director of Michelle Ryan Consultancy, where she is dedicated using her 25 years of experience by supporting the Hospitality, Spa, and Leisure industry with leadership, training, and development initiatives.

Previously serving as the Director of Spa and Wellness at Ashford Castle, she has also played pivotal roles in the success of prestigious establishments such as Radisson Sligo, Dromoland Castle, and the Carlton Hotel Group. Michelle's influence goes to supporting and training teams at Canyon Ranch, Burj Al Arab, Jumeirah Group, Four Seasons, and Six Senses. 

She serves as a board member of the Irish Spa Association and supporting industry bodies like HABIC and Image Skillnet. Her leadership abilities have been recognised with awards such as Group Manager of the Year from the Red Carnation Hotel Group, while Tatler magazine has hailed her as a leader and Ambassador for Service Excellence in the spa industry.

Robert Eaton

Creative Director for Russell Eaton Salons, and Wella Professionals Technical Director for the UK & Ireland.

Robert started working on Saturdays from the age of 11 and he grew up around the salon environment, so he loved it from an early age.

He won 2019 British Hairdresser of the Year and is a multi-award-winning colourist. He was also voted as an A-list stylist and colourist by Harper’s Bazaar.

Sharon opened her eponymous salon in October 2000 in her hometown of Newtownards, Northern Ireland. The salon picked up its first award at the British Hairdressing Business Awards for Best Independent Salon - Business Newcomer in 2002. Sharon was crowned Northern Ireland Hairdresser of the Year 2014 for the first time at the British Hairdressing Awards and was awarded the title again in 2019 and 2020, gaining her a place in the British Hairdressing’s prestigious Hall of Fame. This makes her one of the most successful female hairdressers in Northern Ireland. She is also a winner of the Trend Image Award in 2020 and 2021 and was a finalist for International Hairdresser of the Year in 2022.

With over 14 years of experience in the beauty industry, Suzanne has devoted the past decade to teaching and mentoring, specializing in lashes, brows, and waxing.
As she steps into her judging role once again, Suzanne is eager to witness the elevated standards within the industry. As a believer in the beauty community's power to uplift and inspire one another, she is passionate about continually raising the bar for excellence.
