Mood Hair Colour has announced the appointment of Tracey Ann Smith as its new creative director.
According to Mood Hair Colour, with a longstanding international reputation in hairdressing and eight British Hairdressing Awards under her belt, Smith brings a fresh vision to the brand’s creative future, and the partnership marks the beginning of a new era for the company.
With her experience through both brand and creative strategising, globally renowned campaigns and boundary-pushing leadership, she will lead and oversee all things creative across product development, visual identity and campaign imagery.
“I’m honoured to join a brand that celebrates individuality and creative freedom,” said Smith. “Mood Hair Colour for me has always stood out for its incredible heritage, product innovation and products that perform. I’m looking forward to developing the Mood creative team, and I can’t wait to push boundaries, showcase the brand and be part of this new and exciting era.”
Managing director of JGR UK Eddie Renda added: “We’re beyond excited to welcome Tracey to the Mood family. Mood Hair Colour is all about self-expression, transformation and fearless colour – and Tracey’s vision perfectly aligns with our mission to empower individuals, explore product innovation and of course, support the hairdresser.”
Mood is distributed in Ireland by Maguire Hair & Beauty Supplies.
