Panel discussion Salon SOUL returns to Professional Beauty & Hair 2026

Updated on 23rd Jan 2026

Salon SOUL is returning to Professional Beauty & Hair this year, after making its debut at the show in 2025.

Salon SOUL, which stands for Salon Owners United in Learning, is the brainchild of Greg Clarke, co-owner of Amica Eco Hairdressing in Dublin.

It is a panel discussion featuring leading industry names, who will talk about a variety of topics relevant to the sector today. Joining Clarke this year on The Beauty Stage on Sunday, 19 April are Lisa Eccles, Zinc Hair & Beauty; Laura Murphy, The Hair Space; Ciara Dorrington, Kida Hair & Co; and Bridget Haren, Bridget Haren Hair & Beauty.

According to Clarke, while salon professionals work as teams every day, Salon SOUL recognises that salon owners also need to come together.

“This panel brings owners into a shared space to collaborate, support one another and protect the future of the industry – making it sustainable, viable and strong for generations to come,” he said.

“Join the Salon SOUL panel at Professional Beauty & Hair to hear how fellow owners are tackling today’s key challenges and what we can achieve together. This is where salon owners come together to share real experiences, tackle today’s issues and work collectively to build a sustainable, profitable future for our industry.”
