Phorest celebrates 10 years of Client Experience Awards

Updated on 27th Nov 2025

Phorest is marking a decade of its Client Experience Awards (CEAs) this year.

The CEAs began in 2015 as a way to recognise outstanding client care, and have since evolved into a global celebration of the businesses that consistently deliver five-star experiences.

They are based on verified client reviews collected through Phorest’s in-built system. There are no panels, votes or applications – just genuine client experiences, shared in their own words. To qualify, businesses must maintain a minimum average rating of four out of five stars across a full calendar year.

According to Phorest, an unprecedented number of salons worldwide earned the honour in 2025, with hundreds of winners across Ireland and the UK.

The list includes long-standing five-star businesses, such as Jardines Face & Body Clinic in Clondalkin in Dublin, which has held its rating for 10 years, and first-time winners such as Ruby’s Nail & Spa in Celbridge, Co Kildare.

Recipients of the CEAs get their certificates personally delivered, as each year Phorest team members hand-deliver them in their local regions. In 2025, 640 awards were given out worldwide.

UK & Ireland country manager at Phorest Luke Doolin said the 10-year milestone highlights what truly drives long-term success in the industry. “Our Client Experience Awards have always reflected something fundamental: great businesses are built on great client care. These awards don’t rely on entries or nominations;
they’re earned through the everyday moments that matter to clients.

“Reaching 10 years feels significant because it shows just how consistent and people-focused our industry is. The Irish and UK winners leading the way this year are a testament to the power of putting the client first, every single day.”
