Maguire Hair & Beauty Supplies announces expansion in 2026

Maguire Hair & Beauty Supplies is opening a new store in Tullamore, Co Offaly in early 2026.

Founded in 1996 by Vincent Maguire, Maguire Hair & Beauty Supplies started out in Longford town as a small specialist store

According to director David Maguire, the company began with a simple mission – to bring top-quality professional hair and beauty brands closer to local salons and customers. These now include Schwarzkopf Professional, Wella Professionals, L'Oréal Professionnel, Mood, milk_shake, REF Stockholm, Indola, Alfaparf Milano Professional, American Crew, The Manicure Company, Crazy Angel, Lusso Tan and more.

In 2014, Maguire Hair & Beauty Supplies expanded for the first time when it opened a second store in Cavan town, with the move enabling the business to bring its brand portfolio to a new community. Education is also part of its offering, with workshops, demonstrations and brand-led masterclasses running on a regular basis.

The upcoming expansion into Tullamore reflects both customer demand and the company’s vision for the future, explained Maguire. “Tullamore’s central location, vibrant salon community and growing retail landscape make it an ideal home for Maguire’s third store. Opening in early 2026, the new location will offer the same welcoming atmosphere and high-quality selection that customers know from Longford and Cavan. For local professionals, it means quick access to essential supplies, expert advice and education events right on their doorstep.
