Image Skillnet announces four Connect events
Image Skillnet has announced that four of its Connect events will take place this summer in a range of locations around the country.
According to Image Skillnet, the Connect events have been born out of a desire of salon owners and managers in the industry to come together to share their knowledge and ideas, and to learn from one another in a relaxed environment.
Each Connect event will focus on a different theme, with the Social Media event taking place in the Mullingar Park Hotel on 12 June. The keynote speaker on the evening is Muriel Foley, digital marketing and social media consultant with MGFD.
She will be joined for a panel discussion by industry professionals, including Ellen Kavanagh of Waxperts and Heire Wax, Agnes Burke of Agnes Burke Hairdressing and Samantha Byrne of Vanilla Hair Design.
The Cost of Business event will take place in Galway on 26 June, followed by HR, Recruitment, Culture, Rent-a-Chair in Limerick on 24 July.
The Leadership & Management event will be held in Dublin on 31 July. Keynote speaker Annemarie Graham will be joined by Anita Murray, Pink Beauty Group; Eileen Fleming, The Buff Day Spa; Michelle Ryan, Ashford Castle Spa; and Sean Taaffe, Sean Taaffe Hair & Beauty.
