NAK Hair UK & Ireland announces new brand ambassador

Australian-owned haircare company NAK Hair UK & Ireland has announced the appointment of Amanda Flory as its new brand ambassador.

Flory is an award-winning salon owner, creative director and educator who began hairdressing as a Saturday girl at 13. She started her career at Trevor Sorbie in London, and at the age of 20 she joined Metropolis Hairdressing, where she was mentored by Robert Masciave.

By the age of 21 she was assisting with the Julian Watson agency, working on London Fashion Week shows and editorial fashion shoots.

In 2014, Flory launched her salon in Weybridge in the UK, initially as a partnership, before she went solo in 2018.

“I am super excited to be working with NAK Hair UK & Ireland, which fits with us culturally and environmentally,” she said. “I can’t wait to work with such an innovative brand and bring my skills on board to showcase in the UK and Ireland.”
